Your items will be shipped via Parcelforce or Royal Mail 2nd class within 24 hours of payment receipt, usually the same day. Exclusions include bank holidays and weekends. Mainland UK only. For other locations, please contact us via email for shipping arrangements and costs. Delivery is expected within 1-2 days. If you don't hear from us about non-receipt within 7 days, we will assume delivery. No claims for non-receipt will be accepted after 7 days of order placement.

Next-day delivery is not guaranteed for highland and BT postcode areas. If selected, items will be sent via a special service but delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Saturday delivery is also not guaranteed for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Important: We do not ship outside the UK.

Delivery to Northern Ireland using 1st class service is estimated at 1-3 business days.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 9:30 AM on Friday will be processed on Monday, except for special delivery with a cutoff time of 1 PM.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Orders placed on weekdays before 9:30 AM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery is handled by Parcelforce, Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, and DPD. Choose from available shipping options based on your order and delivery location during checkout.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 7 PM. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to weather or other events beyond our control may occur.

Note: DPD standard delivery does not deliver on weekends.
